At the Mount Cook Police Court today Thomas George O'Connur was lined £1, in default It days' imprisonment, for his third offence of drunkenness. Peter Preston was lined 10s, in default ■IS hours' imprisonment, for a second similar offence. Mr. T. H. Coltman, J. 8., was on the Bench.
