LONDON, Ist January. It is understood that the arrangement between the Wets'minster Bank and the Commonwealth Government provides for repayment of £250,000 worth of Treasury Bills for the renewal of the balance in three months at 6i per cent., and with another partial and perhaps larger redemption on 31st March.
