CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. The Canterbury Park Trotting Club's Meeting will be held at Addington tomorrow and on Saturday. The first day's fields are all well up to the average size, while the quality is good. The first race starts at noon. The following horses may be favoured: —Introductory Handicap (for trotters): Radley and R. Townley's elect (Victor Bingeu and All Peters). Templeton Handicap: Harold Denver, Headlight, and Nelson's Chum. Canterbury Handicap: Harold Logan, Regal Voyage, and Free Advice. Lyttelton Handicap: Pageant dOr, Bay Admiral, and Arnchne. Stewards' Handicap: Tramperisp, White Satin, and St. Petrox. Islington Handicap:' Black Lion, Great Author, and Sodium-Steel All bracket. Railway Handi- [ cap: Lily Bingen, Some Guy, and SunIranes. An Revoir Handicap: Lily Bingen, Kreisler, and Arachne.
