FIRST OF THE WINTER
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, 29th December. London experienced the first snow of the winter to-day when the temperature dropped after the mild Christmas spell. The snow was only slight in London, but heavier in the Korth of England and Scotland, where winter sports are proceeding in some of the holiday centres.
