CONSERVATIVE PARTY LONDON, Bth October. The Conservatives, reports "The Times," are in splendid fighting trim as a result of Mr. Stanley Baldwin's remarkable speech at a private meeting. Mr. Winston Churchill moved and Mr. L. C. M. S- Amery seconded a vote of confidence in the leader. Both are throwing their fullest energies into the campaign.
