BANKERS URGE EXTENSION TO ALLOW OF RECOVERY, (Received Bth. October, 2 p.m.) ATLANTIC CITY, 7th October. On the Hoover moratorium and i*« ternational relations, . the America* Bankers' Association respectfully ng* gested to the United States Government the consideration of undertaking negotiations immediately "toward accomplishing an extension of the moratorium until such time, as it teems necessary, to.allow sufficient recovery; from the present conditions to warrant belief that the adjusted payments can be resumed, and that previous t« the maturity of the moratorium, th« capacity to pay of the nations concerned be reconsidered." -
