After his resignation, Dr. Brucning is reconstructing his Cabinet. Germany's political crisis is ihe aftermath of a desperate financial and economic position which may have incalculable consequences. An emergency decree issued by President yon Hindenberg establishes a rigid dictatorship and suspends the constitutional rights of the nation, including the inviolability of the home, personal freedom and letters, and the. free expression of thought by the medium of the Press. It imposes a censorship on the Press, telegraphs, telephones, and films.
