BROKEN BYLAWS

Offenders against the bylaws were dealt with at the Magistrate's Court yesteiday afternoon by Mr, W. H Woodward.^S.M. Hyams was .fined 10s tor a breach of the parking regulations. A fine of £1 was inflicted on Morton U. Walmsley for failing to give way at an intersection. Having a defective silencer on a motorcycle cost Bertrand P. Benge 10s. For failing to comply with the direction of a police officer George A. Field was fined 10s. - '• Richard Smith was fined £1 for exceeding a heavy traffic licence. He was nned a similar amount for overloading a, motorlorry. ■ ' ■
