BROKEN BYLAWS
Offenders against the bylaws were dealt with at the Magistrate's Court yesteiday afternoon by Mr, W. H Woodward.^S.M. The following were fined the amounts indicated for driving in a-manner which might have been dangerous *° tbeE^^-r* Arthur J. Hyams, Alliston D. M'Kenzie, £2; Harry H. Kenney, William Prichard, Edwin T. Skews, Horace H. Smith, Leonard C. Stales, William J. Sutherland, £1 10s; William Burke, Bruce .Kelly, and Thomas Hayes, £1 .each. _ For not having a drivers licence, brands Chapman was fined £1. Elias J. Hyams was .fined 10s tor a breach of the parking regulations. A fine of £1 was inflicted on Morton U. Walmsley for failing to give way at an intersection. Having a defective silencer on a motorcycle cost Bertrand P. Benge 10s. For failing to comply with the direction of a police officer George A. Field was fined 10s. - '• Richard Smith was fined £1 for exceeding a heavy traffic licence. He was nned a similar amount for overloading a, motorlorry. ■ ' ■
