STRENGTHENING CABINET
TO FACE KEICHSTAG
United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, Oth October. According to the "Berliner Tagcblatt," Dr. Brucning, the Chancellor, is strengthening Cabinet in preparation for tho task of facing a troublesome Ueichstag on 13th October. Tho paper predicts that Dr. Curtius will, resign tomorrow, Dr. Bruening taking over the portfolios of Foreign Affairs. A new Ministry is .being created to settle the unemployed on tho land as part of the plan for minimising the hardships of tho coming winter.
