Welcome Stakes, Rippling Waters, arc both bred to go fast, and in the latter's case there is also indication of ability to cover a distance of ground, derived principally from her dam, Boynctte, a half brother by the staying sire Kilbroucy to the Wellington Cup winner, Kewi Poto.
