BANK'S TERM OF RELEASE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DTJNEDIN, 6th October. It was stated during the hearing of a civil action to-day that the report of Professor Hornell respecting the extraction of gold from the bed of the 'Kawarau River may be released in thp near future. The report, it was explained, is now in the possession of a bank, which will release it ou payment of, a sum of £1500 by the now.company formed by the amalgamation "of claim-holders' interests. -. .
