KENNEL CLUB'S SHOW
The annual show of the Wellington. Kennel Club is being continued to-day. Further classes were judged this morning, and the judging is being continued this afternoon. Among tho many interested spectators this morning was His Excellency the GovernorGeneral (Lord Bledisloe). Although the majority of the spectators prefer to stay near the ring and watch tho judge (Mr. J. W. Marples) make his awards, many stroll round to where the dogs are waiting to be judged, nml admire "the many splendid animals. Tho dogs are exceedingly well behaved. The Show will bo open this ovoning.
The Commission which has been appointed to inquire into tho proposed alteration of the boundaries of (lie Johnsonville Town District will commence its inquiry at Die office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Wellington, on Hth October. Particulars appear elsewhere h\ this issue, ■
