HUTT ROAD COLLISIONS
At the conclusion of legal argument in the Court of Appeal yesterday afternoon, decision was reserved on the appeal made by Mrs. Eva Dwan, of Lower Hutt, against the judgment of the Chief Justice (Su Michael Myers) in awarding damages against her to Christina Grant Findlater, medical practitioner, of Petone, and Henry Bigham, engineer, of' Wellington. The litigation arose out of two motor collisions on the Hutt road last November.
