Mrs. 11.I1. V. Waters, K.iroii, has returned to Wellington after a visit lo Auckland and Napier. Mrs. Harold Blundell, Wairnrapa, is the guest of Mrs. Morton Paterson, Wudestown, and will return liuinc this week. Mrs. J. C. Peacock, Mrs. Duncan Menzies, Mrs. Duncan Stout, and Miss Enid Bell left Wellington on Sunday for Rotorua, where they will play in the New Zealand ladies' golf championships. Mrs. Frank Wall, Mnrtinborough, is spending this week in Wellington, and is staying at Hotel St. George. Mrs. R. W. Kano and Miss Amy Kane, Halswell street, left Wellington on Sunday by ear for a visit to Hamilton. Miss Gweu Ilislop, Dunediu, who has been tne guest of Mrs. H. i\ Norman, Tinakori road, returned South last evening. Mrs. W. H. Eosc, Clifton terrace, has left for a visit to her daughter,. Mrs. Lorimor, Christchureh. Mrs. Guy Fulton, Miss.Mardie Ward, and Miss Muriel Wylie left Wellington yesterday by car for Botorua, whore they will take part in the New Zealand ladies' golf championships. Mr. and Mrs. J. Gibson Stott, Kel : burn, will leave Wellington on Friday for Melbourne, where they will live in future. They will be accompanied by Mrs. George Edwards, who is returning to India after a visit to New Zealand. Mrs. 0. K. Vickerinan, Kclburn, has returned from a visit to Rotorua. Mrs. Donovan and Mrs. Gordon, who have been visiting their mother, Mrs. Fitzgerald, and their sister, Mrs. Frank Graham, Christchurch, will arrive in Wellington ou Thursday, en route to Australia. Mr. and Mrs. K. Mason, Wellington, are paying a visit to Christchurch. Mrs. J. Hannan, Greymouth, is a visitor to Kotorua for the golf tournament. Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Parkin, Lower Hutt, left Auckland yesterday by the Tofua for a trip to the Islands.
