APPEAL COURT ARGUMENT

Legal argument was continued in the Court of Appeal to-day on the appeal made by Mrs. Eva Dwa^ of Lower Hutt, from the decision of the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) in respect of two of five actions heard in the Supreme Court last March as a sequel to two motor collisions on the Hutt road in November,. 1930. In the two cases with which the Court is concerned, Christina Grant" Findlater, medical practitioner, of Petone, and Henry Bigham, engineer, of Wellington, were awarded damages* against Mrs. Dwan in the Court below.
