I For the three • months prior to 30th September just' over £1000 was collected in fives at the Magistrate's Court. This is a considerable drop from the'-corres-ponding quarter last year, when the amount of fines totalled over £2800. With two exceptions the figures for the recent quarter show a decrease in the amount of business handled by tho Court as compared with the months of July, August, and September, 1930...
