Mr. J. A. Mollison, .holder of the Australia-England record, said: "If Smithy had beaten me, I would have had another smack at the Australian flight. I shall now attempt' the Lou-don-Cajie Town record at the end of the month.," i ' "Smithy, lucky or unlucky, is,definitely the world's finest pilot, not excluding Lindbergh."
