RELIEF WORKERS ORGANISE
A meeting of workers from the relief jobs in the city was held in the Trades Hall last* evening, 23 delegates being present, .representing 1820 men. The meeting drew up a constitution and policy for the relief workers' section of the General Labourers ' Union. The constitution, is to be submitted to , a general meeting of relief workers in the Trades Hall this.evening for endorsement.. The delegates elected, on the jobs will form the executive. The executive of the relief workers urges all who desire a satisfactory organisation to protect their interests to attend the meeting.
