SERVICES EULOGISED

Speaking at the annual meeting of the Wellington Aero Club, the Mayor (Mr. T. C. A. Hislop) president of the club, referred to the pending departure of Wing-Commander Graiit-Dalton, and expressed regret that he was leaving New Zealand. He had been a tower ot strength to flying clubs throughout the Dominion, and had given great help not only to the Wellington Club, but to clubs throughout New Zealand. Not only was he a highly skilled and widely experienced aviator,,but he possessed the tact and camaraderie which were so necessary for the., carrying out of his duties. Those in touch with, him realised fully how helpful he :bad teen.
