Oughton, P.C.T., of Guiding Star Junior Lodge, pre--1 sided,- assitcd by Superintendent Sister ■ Symington and Sister Mrs. Early. The ' various offices were filled by St. Thomas ■ Temple and Guiding Star Lodge. Visitors, ■ were welcomed, and invited to take part in the quarterly quoit contest. During recess items were given by Sisters Mathews (2), M'Kinley, Oughton "(2), J. Hewitt, Mrs.- Symington, It. Urry, .L. Roberts, 1 Hodgetts (2), Bros, Elton, Burns, M'Kinley, and Simpson. - -The weekly session of Pioneer Lodsje, No. 11, 1.0. G.T., was, held last week. Visitors present wpre Sisters Symington and Trevelyak and Bros. Simpson and Warren, of Star of Wellington Lodge,'and Sister Mrs. Smith, of Star of Newtown Lodge. Bro. Simpson presided. Greetings were received and reciprocated. During recess the programme was in the hands of Sister Mrs, Free. The weekly session of St. Thomas Juvenile Temple was held last week. Visitors present were Sisters Nielson, of Star of Wellington, Mrs. Furby, of Trinity Temple, and Mrs. Hewitt. Bro. M'Kinley presided, assisted by Supt. Sister Mrs. Symington, Asst.-Supt. Sister Trevelyan, and Bro. Simpson. Greetings were received and reciprocated. The temple decided to take part in the quoit contest. There was a ;good attendance at the weekly session p£ Star of Newtown Lodge, No. 21, 1.0. G.T., held last week, when District C. T. Bro. Harvey, accompanied by his executive officers, paid an official visit. Bro. Trevelyan, C.T., was in the chair. The D.C.T. was officially received and welcomed. Greetings were received and reciprocated. During recess the programme was in the hands of sisters. The weekly session of Star, of Wellington Lodge, No. 24, 1.0. G.T., was held last Thursday evening. Visitors present included Sisters Mrs. Wilshire and Mrs. Furby, of Pioneer Lodge, and Bro. Jay, of England. Sister E. Nelson, C.T., presided. A vote of sympathy was passed to the G.C. Templar, Bro. Dalton, in the loss he had sustained by the death of his wife. There was a good attendance at the weekly session of Trinity Temple, No. 10, i.0.G.T., last Friday evening, when the D.C.T., Bro., Harvey, and his officers paid an official visit. Bro. K. Turner presided, assisted by Supt. Sister Mrs,. Furby and Bro. Furby, Assist.-Supt. A motion of sympathy was passed to G.C.T. Bro. D.alton on account of the death of Sister Mrs: Daltori. The D.C.T. and his officers were received officially. During recess items were given by members and a quoit practice was carried out
