(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GISBORNE, 30th September. Taranaki Oilfields report for the week ended 26th September: Waitangi No. 2 well.—After great difficulty ran. 8 5-8 inches OD casing to 1031 feet, where it seized. Depth reached is firmer ground. Believe casing will hold, but owing to the likelihood of moving later consider it advisable not to cement to allow more easy withdrawal if later becomes necessary. Resume drilling for 6 5-8 inch OD casing on 30th September,
