LATE EARL OF ORFORD
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, 29th. September. Appropriate naval honours were paid to-day to the late Earl of Orford at an obituary service in St. Matthew's Church. The Earl served in the Navy in his youth. The casket was attended by an escort of bluejackets, and naval officers were present at the service, which was conducted by Archbishop Averill. The Countess of Orford and her daughter will leave for England to-mor-row.
