RIDERS DISQUALIFIED
Jockeys C. M'Govern, J. Walsh, and L. K. W. Mathieson have each been dii> qualified, for twelve mouths by the Hawkes Bay District Committee at an inquiiy arising from certain incidents at the Gisborne-Porerty Bay Combined Meeting last March. M'Govern did not receive his licence on Ist August last.
