Mr. Colin Gilray, principal of the M'Glashan College, a former Rhodes scholar, All Black back, and Scottish international three-quarter, suffered a nasty accident at Queenstown. As tho engine of his motor-car would not start, he commenced to push the car, and it ran backwards across the road. In trying to stop it_ Mr. Gilray was knocked down, and one of the wheels passed over his left ankle, causing a severe fracture.
