WASHINGTON, sth -September. The Chinese Government has accepted the proposal of the United States Farm Board for the purchase of 15,000,000 bushels of wheat, states the President, Mr. Herbert Hoover. It is not stated what amount is to be paid. The flour is to be used exclusively for famine relief. :
