Cup Denz beat M'Carthy 3 and 1; 80-wen beat Dinniss 1 up; Johansen beat Wardls and i; Bishop beat Taylor 5 and 4; Dodger boat Lauchlin 3 and \\ Bowring beat Edgar 3 and 2; Edward's beat Melville 6 and 4; Barnett beat E. Smith 6 and 5. The draw for next week-end (third round) is Barnett plays Bowring, Rodger plays Edwards, Bishop plays Johansen, Bowen plays Denz. The foursome in aid of Hawkcs Bay was postponed.
