Twenty runners' divided into two packs took part ml the.. Wellington Club's run. From Kelburn .the packs proceeded via the Botanical Garctens and Orangi Kaupapa road to the wireless station, thence along the ridge to Wades town, back along Wilton's Bush road, up again to Northland, and along to .the top tunnel. Prom here a run-in of about a mile was held. A group comprising runners with maiden qualifications was sent away first. The result was a r win for Willetts. Thorley and O'Conn'ell were second and third respectively. A handicap run-in for the remaining members was won easily by JMunay. M'Kinnon was second and Allen third.
