Making a Wilt... It is recommended that in all cases of making wills or applying for probate of wills, or in cases of persons dying without leaving wills, a solicitor be first consulted. He will advise fully in the circumstances of the particular case whether a Trust Corporation or private individuals would be best suited to administer. Where there is no will the nearest relative should see the family solicitor. In Estate work solicitors are paid for legal work only. They do not charge the overriding commission that is charged by Trustee Bodies. Attention is called to the Law Practitioners Amendment (Solicitors Fidelity Guarantee Fund) Act, 1929, which fully protects clients in respect of moneys entrusted to solicitors.
