LIMA, 28th February. Senor J. C. Bernalles, Superintendent of Banks, ha 3 formally announced that the Bank of Peru y Londres is bankrupt. Its liquidation has been ordered for Tuesday.
Tho Banco del Peru y Londres, established in 1877; ia the, oldest bank in Peru. Its capital is given as 10,----000,000 dollars : authorised, and 8,000;----000 paid up, with 3,840,000 as. reserve.
