RETURNING TO PARIS
, PARIS; 28th February. The British Ministers are duo in! Paris to-morrow. They will proceed direct to the Quai d'Orsay to, confer 'with M. Briand and M. Dnmont, after which they will go to London on Monday. M. Briand told a French correspondent to-day: " 1 hop© that a wellequipped ship will emerge from the yard of discussions."
