(Received 12th February, 11 a.m.) PARIS, 11th February. Contrary to efforts elsewhere to put down betting outside racecourses, tho authorities have chosen the entrance halls of city cinemas as branch betting offices, installing parimutuels from which bots aro transferred to racecourses.
