ORLEBAR CHOSEN-

(British Official Wireless.) (Received 11th February, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, 10th February. . Squadron-Leader Orlebar, ' who in 1929 established the world's record air speed of 358 miles an hour, has been selected to take administrative charge of the Royal Air Force Schneider Trophy team: Orlebar, who is Offtcer-in-Charge at the flying : boat squadron development flight at Felixstowe, was in control of tho successful British Schneider team] in 1929 when he showed himself an exceptionally capable leader. Although he did not himself fly in the race, he tested each machine after modification during trials, and afterwards established a world speed rocord on one of the craft used in the race. The members of this year's team have not yet boon announced.
