Leslie Bruce Gilflllan (47), solicitor, of Hamilton, was sentenced to-day by Mr. Justice Smith to two years' reformative treatment on eight charges of theft of trust funds totalling £278. But for the medical report which stated that Gilfillan had been suffering from a severe illness, the Judge said the sentence would have been one year longer. '
