"New Zealand butter: '118s per cwt; market firm, upward tendency. Prospect good. Our considered opinion is that factories selling now. do so directly against their interests." The New Zealand Producers' Co-opera-tive Marketing Association's weekly cabled market report from London, dated 10th February, 1931, is as follows:—"Butter: Market firm. New Zealand, 117s to 118s; Danish, 148s. Cheese: Market slow. New Zealand; 53s to 545."
