Reporting on progress at Omata No. 1 bore for the week ended 7th February, Coal, Oil (N.Z.), Ltd., states: "Cemented the well from 2201 feet to the bottom of the 16in casing with 15 tons of cement. Drilling will be resumed on the loth instant."
