ADELAIDE, 9th February. Both weather and wicket were favourable for the resumption of the match, West Indies versus South Australia. There was a moderate attendance. Grant went from 50' to 100 in masterly ,and confident style. He sent three balls from Grimmett successively to the fence, batted for 158 minutes, and hit eight fours and one six. Grimmett was the main bowler and took five wickets.1 ! ■ ' ■ Lee was the bright spftt in South Australia's batting.
