WORK ON THE HUTT ROAD
,: (To the Editor.) Sir,—Extensive pipe-laying operations are being carried out on the Hutt road, and tho bitumen surface is much disturbed. Lt is to be hoped that those responsible for tho present work will see that the bitumen is thoroughly and smoothly replaced or remade. —I am, etc., ■ ANXIOUS.
