GAOL FOR RECEIVING GOODS
WAIROA, This Day. In the Police Court this morning Justices of the Peace sentenced John Burt to three months' imprisonment at Gisborne for receiving looted property. A -warning was issued that further cases of the kind would be more severely dealt with. Another case was adjourned,
