A NATURAL GRAVE

BLUFF HILL SLIP

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, Bth February.

It is suggested that the debris at the foot of Bluff Hill, which reaches from tho sea to a hundred feet up the clifi face, be allowed to remain as a natural gravo for those who may be buried there, and a road be constructed round the foot of the slip, which would take months, to remove. The immense slip has certainly made the cliff.face much safer, subject to a few dangerous points being removed. The weather is still doubtful. The sea is now worse.
