SPECIAL PERMITS
RACING AND TROTTING MEETING
The Minister of Internal Affairs (the Hon.' P. A. de la Perrelle) has made arrangements for the granting of permits for special racing, and trotting meetings to raise money for the relief fund. ; . '
Special conditions are attached to these permits, and they will not apply to the meetings which would be held in the ordinary course of events.
