KUERTEN CHARGED WITH NINE MURDERS
, (Received 7th February, 8 a.in.)' DUSSBLDORF, stli Fobruary. The Public Prosecutor has indicted Kuerton, known as the "Dusscldorf Ripper," on charges of nine niurdora and seven assaults. Tho first murder of a little girl in 1913 was unsolved until Kuerten's confession of all th« other 1929-30 crimes.
