~■'■' PARIS, sth February. Mademoiselle Jeanne Juilla, a twenty-year-old French beauty, won the title of ( "Miss Europe" from beauty queens representing sixteen nations. Germany was second, and Miss Betty Mason, a twenty-three-year-old English girl, was third. ' Jeanne is a tall, glim brunette with bluish-green eyes. She was first selected by a Gascony jury, and elected Fo represent France from 350 candidates. ■
