PERSONAL NOTES
Mrs. Leahy and family have arrived froni Napier, and are staying with Mrs. Leahy's parents, Mr. and Mrs. 11. M. Hayward, Lower Hutt. Mrs. Marshall, Wellington, left last night for Ohristchurch to visit her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Colin Marshall. Mr. and Mrs. Todd and Miss Sheila Todd arrived from the South this morning. They have taken Mrs. Fay's house in Aurora terrace. Miss Ruth Scanuell, Hastings, who lias been visiting Sydney, will return to N.ew Zealand next week. Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Stott, Dunedin, will arrive in "Wellington next week to visit Mrs. Stott's mother, Mrs. Howard Reid, Clifton terrace. Miss Joy Tenant has returned to Christehureh-after a visit to Lower Hutt and "VVoodville. Miss N. Reeves, Christehureh, who has been the guest of Mrs. Barton, Featherston, will Visit Mrs. A. de B. Brandon, Hobson street, before returning home. Mrs. Stone-"Wigg, Mr. J. L. StoneWigg, Waihi School, Winchester, have returned home, after -a visit to the North Island.- ' Miss Helen Thompson, Riccarton, Christehureh, has returned home after a visit to the North Island. Mrs. H. T. Little, Hawarden, and her two daughters are visiting the North Island. Mrs. M. J. Neville and Miss Nancy Neville, Wellington, have returned from a visit to Nelson. Mrs. J. A. F. Duncan, St. Alban's, Christchurch, is spending a fortnight in Wellington. The Misses A. and C. Viclcerman, Wellington, are visiting Auckland. Mrs. J. G. Coates is at present visiting Helensville. Miss Ella Wilson, Hastings High School, has returned to s Wellington. Mrs.JE. W. Annand and family, Central terrace, Kelburn, have returned home after spending the school vacation with Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Arnold, St. Clair, Dunediiu Mrs. W. B. Kincaid, who has been the guest of her mother, Mrs. H. S. Kyle, Lower, Hutt, has returned to Dunedin. Mrs. K. Williams, Wellington, is staying at the United Service Hotel, Christehureh. Miss Joyce' Ahradsen left yesterday for Picton, having been appointed by the Wellington Education. Board as teacher of the Hakana School, Marlborough Sounds.
