ONE PELT IN WELLINGTON

After-shocks continue to be Recorded at the Dominion Observatory, Kelburn, and one was felt in Wellington yesterday evening. It was very slight, however, and was not noticed by a large number of people. The shocks recorded for the 24 hours ending 9 a.m. to-day are as follows:— 11.18 a.m.: Moderate. 12.55 a.m.: Tremor. 1.45 p.m.: Tremor. v 2.38 p.m.: Slight. ' 5.25 p.m.: Tremor. 8.58 p.m.: Pronounced, felt locally. 10.10 p.m;: Tremor. 10.39 p.m.: Slight. 2.33 a.m.: Tremor. 8.33 a.m.: Tremor.
