LONDON, 4th. February. The Probate Court has granted leave to presume tho death.of the Douglas's, father and son, who were drowned' on "Ist December, when the Obex-on, (on which they were sailing, Was sunk in collision by the Arcturus. J. W. 11. T. left £27,000, and his father £68,000.
