FRENCH WAR LOANS
BRITISH HOLDERS' CLAIMS ARBITRATION REFUSED
. (Received sth February, S a.m.) LONDON, 3rd February. In the House of Commons, the Chancellor, of tho Exchequer, Mr. P. Snowden, replying to a question, said that the French Government had refused arbitration on the claims of British holders of French wan loans.
