COMMENT BY "OBSERVER"
LONDON, 27th December. ' Tlic "Observer," referring to the New South Wales Upper House decision, says that the Supreme Court ruling seems sound. It points out that the New South Wales Parliament owes its existence to an Act passed by the Parliament of the United Kingdom, and asks how New South AVales can amend it.
