IMPORTS AND EXPORTS DOWN

The Board of Trade "Journal" publishes the preliminary figures of last month's trade, whkh show, that imports into tho United Kingdom for November totalled £75,400,000, as against £90,900,000 in October. The exports for" November totalled £44,----100,000, compared with £46,900,000 in October. ■ j
