Ron Telford, £07 ISs Od; A, Carroll v. P. Wilkie, £3 Ss 3d. ; On a judgment summons F. Hoaie was ordered to pay the Wallace Motor and Tourist Co.. Ltd., £7 19s at the rate of £2 a month, in default eight clays' im«. prisonment; Albert Feiw, to pay R. J; Cotter £9 18s 5d forthwith, in default ten days' imprisonment. In the defended caso, Victor Hawkins v. Henry Brown, a clairii for £4 10s, judgment was'given for thfe plaintiff for the amount claimed.
