Among sales reported are 21 residences and 30 building sections, indicating that home-seekora particularly are taking advantage o£ the present opportunity to acquire houses and sites under the most favourable conditions. The notifications of sales made include a city warehouse, 21 residences, 10 farms of an aggregate, acreage of approximately 1040 acres, three businesses. )6 building sections, and 14 seaside'and bush sections, a total of 65. The sales naturally represent only a portion of those that have actually taken place,
